We are excited to announce that we have formed a conservation partnership with Wild Tomorrow Fund, a 501(c)(3) wildlife conservation organization, based in New York USA, and on the ground in KwaZulu-Natal South Africa. They work to protect wildlife and their wild spaces. They have three main programs of work:

1. Habitat Conservation. Habitat loss and fragmentation are the greatest threats to the future of wildlife. To save wildlife, we strategically acquire land as a habitat. To date, we have saved over 2,400 acres of land from development in our local region, a globally recognized biodiversity hot-spot. As well as managing this land, we continue to seek out other ecologically important properties to protect.

2. Wildlife Protection. They are proud to support eighteen KwaZulu-Natal wildlife reserves. The majority of these are government-managed with budgets that are grossly inadequate to defend against wildlife poaching. We provide these reserves with essential and practical supplies including ranger uniforms, boots, vehicle tires, and water filters.  We also assist these reserves by financing wildlife management activities including rhino dehorning, radio-collaring, and species relocations.

3. Community Development. They believe that communities surrounding wildlife reserves must benefit from conservation for it to be sustainable. To that end, we are proud to expand our community development initiatives. These include sponsoring two crèches (daycare centers), providing food for an orphanage, and employing rangers to protect our land. We are particularly excited about our recently launched Green Mambas initiative, a group of single mothers who we are training to perform green jobs such as alien plant removal.

Our joint community is growing rapidly, and we are excited to announce our first lineup of conservation travels for you. These are the itineraries and events, v-adventures, together with Wild Tomorrow Fund, we will run in 2020.

Stay tuned on our Social Media, for the updates!
