This document outlines the set of rules set by GDPR when it comes to protecting our user’s rights regarding the information we collect from them. Please review the document carefully and contact us if there’s any question.

    2. Contract. Whenever you book services, we are required to process your information in order to provide you with whichever service(s) you have ordered from us.


v-adventures and our third-party partners, automatically collect certain types of usage information when you visit our website, consult our proposals, read our emails, or otherwise engage with us. We typically collect this information through a variety of tracking technologies, including cookies, flash objects, web beacons, embedded scripts, location-identifying technologies, file information, and similar technology (collectively, “tracking technologies”).

We may collect and store information locally on your device using mechanisms such as browser storage and application data caches. We may collect analytics data or use third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service and to understand more about the demographics of our users.

We may also work with third-party partners to employ technologies, including the application of statistical modeling tools, which permit us to recognize and contact you across multiple devices.

How Can I Amend Or Update My Personal Data?

In the event, you want to know what kind of information we have collected from you, or if you want to change/ amend any kind of information, please send us an email to and we will update the information. You can even contact us to delete your information in case you do not desire to get marketing or promotional emails from us. Should you like us to delete your information from our database, you agree that you will still receive important updates from us or any other activity that occurs under your account.

You understand that we need a specific set of information when offering you reliable services. This information includes passenger details, phone number, email address, flight details, personal travel insurance, and driver safety details. When gathering information from you, we will need your passport and driving license information from us, and this information will not be sold to any third party. You can even contact us to update or delete your information. Should you like us to delete your information from our database, you agree that might not be able to access our platform to perform specific functions.

We have placed specific controls and measures in order to detect or report a personal data breach. In the event a data breach is suspected, we will notify our guests in case it affects their information in any way.
